The coastal-mountain-zigzag road from Tiwi, Albay to Sagnay, Camarines Sur is a drive with lots of breathtaking view.
The statue of Nuestra Se?ora de Salvacion (Our Lady of Salvation) which inspires motorists to pray for a safe journey is provided with a view deck with a majestic view of Lagonoy Gulf and its wonderful land formations.
About nine kilometers from Tiwi, the spot is located at the road summit before reaching Brgy. Joroan proper. The area is sometimes referred to as Joroan Grotto even if there is actually no cave (grotto) in there. On the other hand, the arch above the statue may be considered by others as a cave, or symbolize a cave or grotto.
