This is the view deck near the Resorts cafeteria. There is a telescope that can be operated by dropping in a 10 peso coin (will not work with a 5 peso coin). On a clear and sunny day, you can see the mountains and shorelines of Cebu and Mactan Island. In the clear evening, you can see the city lights from Cebu.
